Last updated: 7th May 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sponsorship arrangements between the event organiser (“Host”) and any party (“Sponsor”) who agrees to provide financial or in-kind support for events hosted by True Blue Blazing. By signing or executing a sponsorship agreement, the Sponsor agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Sponsorship Package
The specific sponsorship tier, amount, and inclusions applicable to the Sponsor will be outlined in your sponsorship agreement. Standard inclusions may comprise, but are not limited to:
- Branding placement at the event venue and on promotional materials
- Logo inclusion on lanyards, signage, and digital channels
- Inclusion of Sponsor materials in event show bags
- Access to designated event zones (e.g. Learning Zone, networking areas)
- Complimentary conference passes (number as specified in your agreement)
- Post-event networking access
- Videography coverage (where applicable and as specified)
- Access to the registrations list (subject to attendee consent)
Additional add-on packages may be available at an additional cost as outlined in the individual sponsorship agreement.
2. Payment Terms
The Sponsor agrees to pay the full sponsorship amount as specified in their individual agreement. All amounts are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the Host’s nominated account. Bank details will be provided upon execution of the Agreement. Invoices will be issued prior to each payment due date.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension or withdrawal of sponsorship benefits at the Host’s discretion.
3. Term and Termination
This Agreement commences on the date it is signed by both parties and remains in effect until the conclusion of the relevant event, unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement.
- If the Sponsor cancels their sponsorship within 30 days of signing, a full refund of amounts paid may be considered at the Host’s discretion.
- If the Sponsor cancels after 30 days from signing, all amounts paid to date are non-refundable.
- Where costs have been incurred by the Host as a result of entering into this Agreement, the Sponsor may be liable for those costs regardless of cancellation timing.
- The Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Sponsor is in breach of any term herein.
4. Branding and Promotion
The Host agrees to display the Sponsor’s logo and name on event materials and promotional content in accordance with the agreed package. The Sponsor must supply high-resolution logos and brand assets by the deadline specified in their individual agreement.
The Sponsor grants the Host a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Sponsor’s name, logo, and trademarks solely for the purpose of event promotion, and warrants that all supplied brand assets do not infringe third-party rights.
The Host reserves the right to resize or reformat logos to suit various media formats while maintaining brand integrity.
5. General Terms
- Both parties shall act in good faith and cooperate to ensure the success of the event.
- Neither party may assign or transfer this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior representations and understandings.
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Failure by either party to enforce any term of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that term.
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
