Location and Access
The event is being held in and around the Medallion Club at Marvel Stadium which is located on Level 2, Harbourside and will be accessible through Gate 9.
There are a number of multi use function spaces on either side of the Medallion club area which will be in use, including a large outdoor balcony area which guests can use to take a break, as needed.
Note: there is strictly no smoking inside the venue or balcony area. Smokers will need to exit the stadium via Gate 9 and then return as needed.
Attendees will be able to get to Level 2 via a lift or stairs from the entrance gate. There will be volunteers & service staff around the entry point who can provide assistance if required.
Signage will be in place to help direct you around the venue for the various sessions & activities. A map will also be available closer to the event date.
Getting There
Marvel Stadium is located at 740 Bourke Street Docklands VIC 3008. Marvel Stadium is adjacent to Southern Cross Station and is easily accessible via various forms of transport, including:
- Driving
- Train
- Tram
- Bus
- Ferry

The event itself will be taking place at the Medallion Club, on Level 2, with access via Gate 9. (See location & access section for more info).
Parking:
- If you are driving, please make sure you have checked and arranged parking in advance. There are a number of public & private parking options nearby.

Accessibility Requirements
The event will run in and around the Medallion Club at Marvel Stadium. The location includes lift access from the car park via Gates 8 and 9 to the Level 2 Medallion Club. Accessible toilets are also available on Level 2 within the Medallion Club at Aisles 8, 17, and 21.
Event volunteers & service staff will be onsite and able to provide additional assistance where needed

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. This encompasses all indoor and outside spaces, and the balcony area. Attendees will be able to exit & re-enter the venue as needed throughout the day via Gate 9. Please ensure you retain your ticket for re-entry.
Food and Drink
This is a catered event including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. If you have any specific dietary requirements, you will be able to record these when purchasing your ticket. If you need to adjust or confirm your dietary requirements please email us at admin@trueblueblazing.com
We are also thrilled to offer a coffee cart & churros station to keep you energized throughout the day. (Thank you to our event sponsors!)
Please note that as this is a catered event, there is strictly no external drinks or food allowed into the venue. External food and drink can be confiscated by venue staff. (With the exception of a water bottle).
There are a number of other food options available nearby, outside of the venue if you wish to arrange your own food & drink. Attendees are welcome to exit & re-enter the event as desired throughout the day, however please remember that no outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought in.

Sessions and Break Times
The event is planned to open to attendees from 9.30am, running throughout the day and closing at 5pm. (Time adjustments may be posted closer to the event date)
Attendees are welcome to come and go throughout the day as needed (please retain your ticket for re-entry).

Different ways of being involved:
- Sponsorship: Event Sponsors can help in different ways, such as providing funds, swag, signage or other products & services that may be helpful.
- Speakers: Speakers are at the centre of the event by running presentations, panel discussions, and workshops with a view of teaching, and inspiring the community.
- Volunteers: Vollies are the amazing people who donate their time to plan, organize and execute the event, both in the leadup and on the day. Additional volunteers will be needed on the day to provide support, directions, and information to event attendees and speakers.
